Steve brings more than 30 years of Agribusiness thought leadership in seed and commercial production agriculture, continuous improvement, change management, project management, leadership, and sales operations to The INSIGHT Group.

Working with business leaders over his tenure, Steve developed programs and project portfolios valued at over $750 million of bottom-line improvement.

Steve is a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner and a certified Six Sigma Champion, Master Black Belt and Lean Practitioner. He personally led over twenty-five high impact programs utilizing Six Sigma and other business improvement methodologies including:

• • Multiple large process excellence teams in business improvement and customer and sales support continuously improving processes from research & development to production operations, supply chain, and sales.
• • Successfully leading over 50 Lean kaizens at DuPont Pioneer, quickly identifying and implementing improvement opportunities with line employees and operations management.
• • Successfully implementing large scale programs in production systems and information technology.

Steve has significant experience on both sides of the supplier-customer continuum in his experiences with his family’s large agricultural production operation and his career at DuPont Pioneer. Steve is excited to leverage his experiences to help INSIGHT’s clients identify value and service opportunities in today’s dynamic agricultural industry.
